Strike First
Strike First is an event where you are trying to get points for attacking Zombie Lairs and Consuming Stamina. (Since Zombie Lairs consume stamina, by attacking them you earn both.)

I actually think attacking level 1 lairs is probably the most economical since it consumes the least stamina, allowing you to run more lairs. But I will need to do more math to be sure, and post my results.
